Villa Exindrio
Sheltered by Mont Saint-Bauzille and bordered by Mediterranean lagoons, Villa Exindrio was established more than 2,000 years ago as a Gallo-Roman farm. The kings of France later acquired and developed the estate before returning it to the bishops of Maguelone.
From the 12th century onwards, these bishops recognised the potential of this garrigue terroir. Their cathedral, almost entirely surrounded by water, stands just a flamingo’s wingbeat away.
Today, Clément and Mathilde Veyrac carry on Villa Exindrio’s agricultural tradition.

Tasting notes: La robe est rouge grenat aux reflets rubis. Nez aromatique sur les fruits rouges et noirs mûrs comme la griotte, le cassis. En bouche, une élégance ressort par une belle matière représentée par des tanins fins et élégants, les fruits prédominent et laissent place à une finale longue et élégante sur les épices.
