Mas de Martin
Dating back to 1898 and restructured 20 years ago, Mas de Martin comprises 250 hectares of garrigue surrounding 20 hectares of vineyards and 1,000 olive trees, and is home to 300 beehives.
The estate’s distinctive location, stony soils and vine planting densities yield complementary flavour profiles within the same grape variety, allowing for more nuanced blends.

Une bouche franche, laissant place aux fruits comme la framboise, la cerise et la fraise suivi d'une belle et gourmande finale.
Food pairings: Il est parfait pour être dégusté avec une viande rouge ou un plateau de fromage.

Dès l'attaque cette cuvée annonce une puissante ambition tout en préservant une grande élégance et une belle fraicheur garantie par l'acidité.
Food pairings: Vin festif, il est agréable en bouche et se déguste facilement avec de la charcuterie et des viandes grillées.
