Domaine Marco Paulo
This small, family-run estate covers 18 hectares in Saussines, on the border between the Hérault and Gard departments. Its vineyards are spread across six surrounding communes, with diverse terroirs ranging from clay-limestone soils and white clay to limestone scree. Some plots fall within the Grés de Montpellier appellation.
Sylvain has recently taken over the estate, carrying on the Paul family’s winegrowing tradition, rooted here since 1720.

Tasting notes: Une robe pourpre et un nez riche de confiture de fruits rouge, poivre noir, tapenade et réglisse. Une bouche ample, épices et réglisse l’emportent sur le fruit, belle longueur sur une structure tannique dense.
Food pairings: Vous apprécierez la cuvée Nina, Domaine Marco Paulo, avec un bobotie de bœuf, un grenadins de veau aux cèpes ou encore des tagliatelles aux champignons.
