Set in the hills west of Montpellier, surrounded by rich and diverse natural landscapes, Domaine de Saumarez has been producing organic wines for 20 years. The estate was founded in 2004 with the aim of crafting high-quality red, white and rosé wines.

Tasting notes: La robe est rouge profond. Le nez est complexe avec des notes de réglisse, fumée, fruits noirs riches, avec de belles notes de poivre noire. La bouche est ample avec des goûts de pruneaux, poivre noire, thym et cuir, tous soutenus par une bonne acidité et de tanins présents.
Food pairings: Dès l'entrée avec des tomates farcies au chèvre frais, avec un plat de cotes de bœuf aux échalotes confites ou un fromage bleu des causses.
